At Artemis Midwifery, we believe that everyone should have a choice in how, where, and with whom they give birth. Recognizing that every birth is unique, we offer individualized care, and informed choice throughout care. Midwifery care includes home birth, water birth (if desired), comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care. Recognizing that midwifery care and home birth are cost prohibitive for some families, we have chosen to accept payment through OHP for families who qualify for OHP coverage. Blossoming Birth
Micaela Evans, CPM LDM

Blossoming Birth offers home birth midwifery care. Micaela is a mother and licensed midwife in Williams, Ore. I support your blossoming family with full prenatal, birth, and postpartum midwifery care. As a postmodern midwife, I carry ancient wise woman wisdom passed down from my midwifery preceptors and blend this with the modern medical knowledge of birth. Home birth is ancient, sacred, beautiful, and safe for most pregnant women. There is a wide range of normal in birth, and I am trained to know this normal and hold space for each birth to unfold its own way. I interfere with this natural process as little as possible while supporting the healthy physiology and hormones of birth. Please see my website for more about who I am and how I practice. Blessings!

Hannah AH Teasley, CNM
541-625-9371
I have been a CNM for 9 years. I started out at a birth center and home birth practice in Alaska, and then worked at Alaska Native Medical Center.
I moved to Southern Oregon just before covid hit and that changed a lot of plans for a lot of people, including me. I lost my new job and decided it was time to start my own home birth practice, which was always my true goal. I love supporting families during the prenatal period, but my absolute favorite is labor and birth. I am a strong advocate for evidence based practice and informed choice. I enjoy providing well-women care as well. Discussing the menstrual cycle and birth control options and owning your own body to young people is fun and rewarding.
